I bought a PAX 2 from this dispensary & it is defective & will not work! I called the store 3 times & was told I don't know how to use it even though there are a million websites that give you step by step instructions! I'm a moron! Went to the store & spoke with the manager. I shelled out 252.00 on the thing & it does not work, please exchange it for one that does. I was told they couldn't do that, I needed to deal with the company that makes it. This was 3 days after I bought it! The employees are not very knowledgable, the product is more expensive & not any better! Do not shop there!

As a senior and a veteran I use Chalice Farms products exclusively for my medical needs. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable of their product line and their advice is sound. They can also easily accomodate the recreational user and their prices are great on RSO with discounts for seniors and veterans as well. Frequent sales for all regularly as well.

I recently visited this dispensary because of dissatisfaction with my current one. A youngd man named Jesse assisted me and he became extremely interested in my medical condition as I had mentione that the items I wanted were for medical purposes. He immediately assessed my situation and found ways to not only improve my treatment of severe arthritis, but save money for me as well. I am very thankful for this. I write and enjoy Kung Fu as exercise, both require that my conciousness not be distracted by chronic pain. Thanks Jesse, I'm feeling very creative today and forward.! I'll drive the extra half an hour for this level of service...

Get served like a weed huffing champ at this little shop. The tenders always are very helpful about the selections available, and the location is top notch. z

One of the first shops I came to when I moved here from San Diego. Seriously wanna punch myself for trying other shops where I either got bad attitudes, bad bud or my fav.. no receipt. Smh. But thats what my ass gets for tryna venture.. if it aint broke dont fix it! Came here again today and had the nicest faces and attitudes in a chill atmosphere, with a receipt! AND FIRE BUD AT A GREAT PRICE! Thank you guys again, specifically this location in Tigard/King city. I’ll never leave yall again!! XoBritney

Tigard Chalice is absolutely amazing. From the original opening day staff to the boss man we call Sensei Dragon Slayer, its always a good time, and we feel like family there. Now the best part... THE BUDS!! YUM! We've never been disappointed, my favourite is the Sour OG and the ace of spades. If you want a great atmosphere, with out feeling rushed in and rushed out, and some top quality bud Chalice is the place for you!

Chalice has been slightly more expensive than other places I've tried, but it also has the best atmosphere. Marijauana still has a certain perception to it, legal or not, and this place takes away any negative connotation involving cannabis. Interior is beautiful, clean, definitely more so than other places. People of great!

I've been to chalice a handful of times. Very rarely had to wait in line. Upon entering I am greeted by my salesperson who focuses on getting me what I need. Was a bit awkward when I went to get money out of the ATM at first, as he was just standing there waiting for me. Maybe put the ATM in the lobby? Anyways bud quality is top of the line but you will definitely pay the price. I haven't heard of any incentive rewards programs like punch cards or electronic text memberships etc. Probably losing customers to dispensaries that do offer free pre-rolls and other perks.

Nice place, very clean. but about $10 more expensive then the place at the top of pacific hwy (99) and lot less of a variety to choose from. and they never give out freebies like the other places. parking is also right off the main road, if you want privacy, this isn't a good place. Oh and they close at 9pm on Friday and Saturdays, that's a bit of a bummer too.

Had a bad experience and won’t be returning, they also never explain any of their recurring specials they offer, I always end up overhearing them from other customers instead, despite coming here pretty regularly for weeks. The quality of the bud is also extremely inconsistent and the last time I went no recommendations were made to me and customers who arrived after me were assisted first. I wouldn’t recommend buying concentrate from here either as you cannot see it first in some cases and I had to dispose of my recent gram because of a horrible chemical smell. The prerolls are basically shake and everything is overpriced, the flower I recently purchased is also dry and has no smell (wasn’t allowed to smell any of the strains before buying) - highly recommend going anywhere else instead unless you want to be ripped off and rushed out the door.

So I did a curbside pickup from chalice farms about a week and a 1/2 ago when I get home and I was short and 8th from a quarter of jalado my father which has parkinson's which it was 4 goes back a few days later I'm to get the remainder 8th which he forgot the receipt instead of telling him that he needed to go back to get the receipt before whatever to proceed and they ended up basically talking him into buying another 8 from these folks so I go back tonight is the 1st night I can get back here and had a pickup order which like I do pretty much every other day from this place and instead of crediting me the amount that they'v They shorted me they have another 8th gelato which I'm sorry but this strain of gelato is nothing that's very impressive.. never again.

Not sure what happened. Used to shop here at least once a Week. Vape, and flower. I'm not sure if management or ownershipped changed , but I had to stop going. The whole vibe changed.There are some great employees, nothing against them. . Management seems to be the issue. I went in to take advantage of a flash sale that was texted to me. I got there and of course everything I wanted wasn't included ( per mgr ) Hrmmm... oh well. That $3 discount cost them a customer. Its not the money, its the fact that most times I had discount issues. I got tired of walking in there knowing I was going to have an argument ahead of me.. Was the manager was covering the discounts from his own pocket or something? He would argue over every nickel and dime. As an 1/8th a day smoker I go through a good bit of weed. With a pot shop on every corner he sure acted like the only game in town.
