Really love this place. I am a newly minted medical marijuana card holder, and this was the first (and only) dispensary I have gone to. The interior is amazing, looks like a cross between an Apple Store and a medical office. Staff is extremely professional, and they offer “private” consultations in a conference room where you can discuss what you are looking for, and general advice for a new user. They have great discounts, and sales. I have a military discount. They also offer ones for police, firefighters etc. their sales are great too, and give coupons as a first time user. I bought a ton of pot and ended up paying like $60 Lastly, their proprietary strains are really good. I got “Eleceed” vape carts and they are amazing. No panic attacks! I won’t go anywhere else. Period!

I just received my medical marijuana card and I have no knowledge of product or the process. This was my first experience and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the building itself it looks very professional not like the ones I've seen driving by. I was nervous and apprehensive that quickly was relieved when I entered the building and was greeted by very professional and welcoming staff and office. I was registered as a customer by Matt and was informed that I can receive a one-on-one confidential consultation. Matt was very knowledgeable, professional and made me feel very comfortable. He answered every question I had and gave very informative and good recommendations. The rest of the staff we're just as friendly and professional and go out of their way to be helpful. I feel a lot more knowledgeable and comfortable after my experience. They have great pricing and give deals for veterans and first-time customers. I will be a loyal customer and highly recommend this location to all.

Great simple and easy process for being a first time patient. Got me registered within 3 mins, great and helpful staff and was informed on the medication I was looking for and gave a great suggestion!

I went to Cannabist for the first time today and I will definitely be back. Seth was so knowledgeable! Anytime I go to trulieve they can't help me and obviously do not know their products. Seth answered all my questions and never said I don't know. He explained things in detailed and didn't make me feel rushed at all. I actually felt like I was at a medical dispensary and not a drug dealers house. Such a wonderful experience and super pretty store.

I am a new time card owner. I was very nervous and not sure what to do. I looked up the reviews for this location and I decided to try. This place didn't disappoint! The assistant manager at the Longwood FL location helped my husband and I out. he took the time to explain everything to us. he made sure we were understanding what he was saying. he asked us what we needed it to do and he recommended things that he felt would benefit us. I will most definitely be coming back to this one again.

Great atmosphere, tons of knowledge on products. Seth helped me through the ordering process like a pro. Amazing prices. Worth stopping buy and giving them a try! You will not be disappointed with the quality they produce. I’ll defiantly be a repeat customer.
