Check your order before leaving this facility. My first order was not correct. They over charged me by $22.00 Even though I had a 25% discount off of first order, the store manager would not honor that 25% discount on the product they had overcharged me for, the next time I went in. On my second visit, I received a product with an expired date on the package. The product was also very, very dry.

I LOVE BLOOM!!! I'm greeted like FAMILY, by name, LUVIN IT!!! I went to the dispensary knowing what I wanted, but unfortunately they only had 1 of what I asked for, ok cool. Casey, one of the staff members, noticed I wasn't sure of what to get in place of it. She also noticed I was on a budget, GREAT!!! Casey introduce me to STAR DAWG & it was within my budget & had the qualities I was looking for, Thanx Casey!!! Star Dawg is the one to go to for morning aches & pain, mental stimulation & calmness. I felt so Good after using it Saturday morning that I was able to walk to the pool and go swimming with both my daughters, granddaughter, and niece. I'm a person with CHRONIC PAIN, FIBROMYALGIA, & other ailments. My day normally starts by feeling my body HURT all over, so I take 21 pills to start my morning. My day won't officially start until 2 hours after I have taken my meds. Now, Thanx to Casey, my day starts with a blunt of STAR DAWG & a Coke Cola, then I'm ready to go start my day.

The manager of Bloom, really helped me out yesterday. I got Oro Blanco, By Heritage. Good, clean, crisp hit out of the bong, I must say this is one of the smoothest hits I have ever taken out of a bong. Really no psycho active part of this strain, I’m extremely happy with what I’ve got. I love coming to bloom, they have helped me out with my pain. They recommend good things for my chronic pain, CBD patches and freeze has been my go to.

I love this place. The hours are generous, every single one of the people who work there are kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection, and there are always new things to try. Prices are right in line with other dispensaries and they run weekly sales and specials. It's a warm, welcoming environment, and a comfortable space. I really couldn't think of a better dispensary to have right here in the neighborhood.

The Best

I have been coming to this dispensary for a year. I have met the staff and love them all, even the new ones. Hi Rachel, you are the best. Most of the time I come in I'm greeted by Jose, who I see when I first come in. When I head to the back I mainly see Rachel, Cameron, and Cullin, they're all wonderful. Most of my sales are through Rachel and she has never guided me wrong. Her recommendations are always on point. If you are looking for a dispensary with people who care, come to Bloom. Stopped Looking Once I Found Bloom!!

I've had my license and have been waiting over 2 years for dispensaries to open in Maryland. I tried 1 and thought it was ok and then I went to Bloom. The 1st visit process was super simple and fast. They keep things secure, no guard and feels like a safe environment. The space is beautiful and amazingly clean. The high tech atmosphere is like shopping in an Apple store without the pressure or high prices. You can touch and smell items and the menu board is clear and helpful when selecting your medication. The staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I am a difficult and indecisive shopper but each staff member has gone above and beyond great customer service to assist me. The selection is great. There is a medication for every ailment and they are always acquiring new medications from local growers which is very important to me. The prices are fair and they have something for every price point to assist all types of patients. WELL DONE BLOOM, YA'LL DID THAT

Love Bloom, BUT

Their prices are still too high. Just paid $42 an 1/8th (PLUS 20% vet discount) for GSC (same grower) while Bloom charges $60. If you suck at math as I do, this means I paid $67.20 for a 1/4 at Curaleaf where Bloom would have charged $120 for same product! Inexcusable since they all buy from same suppliers. We MUST choose our dispensaries wisely to drive prices down and quality up, folks. Happy shopping around!! Remember -- we patients ultimately dictate more competitive pricing!
