Total trash customer service. I’ve spent t thousands of dollars in this place hence why I’m so mad that they aren’t making it right. I had a problem with flower I got from them, I emailed 4 different customer service representatives. Yet to be told that the dried up garbage flower was a matter of “preference” yes I expect my cannabis to be fresh & moist / cured properly. Not the dried up garbage I purchased from zen leaf. Save your time & money so many better options here in Vegas. & any of the other 11 states this MSO is in. Thumbs down.

I found this dispensary by accident one day. I was freaking out because I couldn't find Matrix Cannabis oil GG4. And when I walked in.. and realized they Carey Mattix and Dixie.. my favorite all time thx infused drink.. I thought I was dreaming. Then here comes... smiling Jarett. Who was the most informative and just down right cool guy. He definitely knew his stuff and under his advice I bought a couple new strains. And absolutely love them. Every employee is awesome.. all good vibes here... I travel literally... 40 minutes to come here. And it's well worth the trip.

Great dispensary..My budtender Nick who was working today was awesome!! Very inviting, friendly and knowledgeable. Zenleaf should be happy to have him on there team. They also have a wide variety of products and very competitive pricing and some daily specials that cant be beat and make it worth the drive out. good job Zen!

Most legit dispensary!
Just finished up their Greenway Glue from Greenway , super awesome hybrid ! Probably one of my favorites so far. I usually go with strains from the Facility , and am really fond of their Fruitcake . Super high hitting Indica . Check these guys out , they are my favorite dispensary on the Southwest side of Vegas ! Juan and Lasa are my favorite employees here , always extremely knowledgeable and friendly

I have been to almost all of the dispensaries around the Las Vegas area and Zen is by far the best. Every single time I step foot inside, I'm greeted with a smile and asked how I'm doing, that's hard to find now a day. Then once you get in the back you have a bud bar that's easily accessible and well labeled. At first, some might say they don't have very much of a flower selection, but its because they only have top quality products, that are always high in THC and terps. My favorite is definitely Jamie Lee swift lifts. I thought there is no way I'm paying $35 for 5 little .5 pre-rolls, but 24mg of Limonene had me intrigued and boy is it the bee's knees!! An amazing all head high that has you feeling creative as hell and wanting to do something productive. But truthfully, the bud is second to why I come back, The employee's are always friendly and engaging with great knowledge about all the products they offer and know how to help you choose what you want. Customer for Life.

I know this is like my 5th review .. but man zen leaf just never stops amazing me while everyone else in town is ripping people off zen leaf manages to keep steady prices they only raised there grams by a dollar and eighths are 2$ and that's completely fair especially because even there cheapest bud is better than other places top shelf .. it's always fresh and weighed infront of me .. thank you again zen for always making my experience a good one

I'm not so sure if its the best dispensary to get the best meds from, went there my first time a week ago. I purchased the 1/4 for 55 and got an 1/8 for a cent, the gramz I received were fresh off the plant. I don't know if the nugs were done curing but I needed to let it sit in another jar for 3days before I smoked it smh, dont know if I'll be back there. Would have to get better buds sorry

Could be better- and it is.
Loyal zen customer since they opened. The only place I’ve ever gone. Ordered a delivery Thursday morning. Received confirmation call. Told the girl I worked till 2:30 need delivery after that. She said no problem. I’m at work today (Friday) and my son calls me at 10:30 to tell me zen is at the door. What?? I told them after 2:30. Now I can’t contact anyone. Will I get the stuff I’ve been waiting for? Should I just go somewhere else that has 4 hr delivery window. Super frustrating!! Update- they came back when I got home after work. They made it right. They always do.

I'm changing my 1 star review to 5 stars because last time I was disappointed with some of the medical edibles but at least you have the medical edibles. And a decent selection with the choices of gummies, chocolates and cookies.

Walked into Zenleaf late night... got greeted by the most beautiful woman she caught my attention because she had a gorgeous smile on her face with the sweetest voice, I believe her name was Yorda.. anyway, walked in and waited in line like a normal regular customer, few minutes pass and then I get attended by Jordan.. sweetest guy I’ve ever met. Helped me decided with what strain of weed to get for my chronic back pain. Also, recommended me some gummies that I am addicted to! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO JORDAN. He deserves more recognition, that man is super cool. Thank u Jordan and Yorda for making my first trip at zenleaf a regular experience!!!
