I walked in as a first time patient and they were nice at the reception desk and then I went in the back and was greeted and she was very nice and helpful although I already knew what I wanted, I normally goto greenpoint but they always carry the same things, the prices are pretty high compared to this place..almost every single section has things on sale and that made me happy. Plus this place is even closer to my house than greenpoint is so a plus there too. I havent tried drive thru but I'd imagine it would be a pain. I saw other comments on here and I hope if something is called in advance and theres a huge line..they should have someone bringing them to the parked cars like GP. (Only if need be). But I havent had a problem yet and they seem to have a bunch of stuff I've never seen..so, so far I'm very happy here.

Amazing Dispensary!!

I went to this dispensary for the first time this weekend since it was close to home. When I went to pickup, the woman at the counter let me know that I had ordered a CBD strain, opposed to a THC strain. I had no idea!! I was incredibly happy that she informed me, because that was NOT what I wanted, and she was able to not only get me what I wanted for cheaper, but gave me the exact strain I was actually looking for! All while having a smile on her face. I will definitely be using this dispensary again, and to the woman at the drive through, you rock!!!

First visit was nice experience

Signed up and ordered on line. Used the drive through. The staff member was great. Checked with me about the products ordered to make sure the order was correct, asked if I had any questions, warm welcome for first visit, explained the loyalty rewards program and my discounts. He Kindly called the “senior” discount a “wisdom” discount. I could not be more pleased with my first visit, I will go again and visit inside.

Rounding up charges

I really like Oceanside- people at window are always very nice. I do take issue with the rounding up total policy. It should be that if you don’t have exact change, it’s rounded but don’t add extra to the total. My total was rounded up an extra dollar. Doesn’t seem like much but when you’re buying a fair amount, every penny counts. If my total is —-.90, you only need to round up 10 cents- not $1.10. That will surely add up nicely over time for the dispensary but adds up on overcharges for patients.

great place good deals friendly staff used to come every week but for some reason they gave a thousand points to my brother because they enter the information in the computer wrong and when I came to redeem my points they told me that he used a thousand and that he owes me the thousand points there's nothing they could do for me even though it was their mistake. 2 separate patients, 2 separate numbers. my purchase went from 200$$ off purchase to 35$$ because of there mistake and I was told to get $$ from brother and or taKe the loss and there sorry. waiting weeks to get that discount and got screwed. watch your points. not sure if I'm going back I lost out on alot of $$ today and really feel they should have owned there mess up.

After speaking with another dispensary I found out that Verano has consistently had an issue with their marijuana so it is not this dispensary’s fault that they have consistently had inconsistent jars of verano. However, The dispensary could’ve told me that when I complained to them about having Seedy or shakey trimmy jars more than once. And I still stand by the fact that their staff is not as helpful as Other dispensaries and there’s a guy who works there who’s always tweaked out.

Takes way too long

Drive thru takes way to long if there is more than one car. We place the order thirty minutes to an hour in advance and still have to wait 10-15 minutes at the window every time. Very slow process especially considering no one is coming in and the drive thru is the only focus. The workers are very nice tho and they do have a good selection.

No Listed Discounts, No THC % content

No first time patient discount? senior discount? veterans? Loyalty Points? Why aren't any discounts listed? Was going to try ordering but it's very hard to order from your menu online because you don't list the THC % for your products so I'm not sure what I am getting. Other dispensaries list the THC content so you know what to expect but with your menu, I would have to call every time to see what the THC content was. BUMMER, not a good way to run an online business. List the THC content so we know what we are getting for the price.
