Charlie and the whole staff and this location are Absolutely amazing! They are so helpful and kind. My favorite thing is to ask for my budtender to surprise me with their favorite and Charlie just lit up with excitement making my whole adventure just that much more fun!

Finally got to stop in. Bud tender Cody assisted me. We had a good conversation over availability of product (even though my decision was made). Once I gave him my order he told he had tried the strain,and thought it was an excellent decision. Then we talked just about the strain I choose and the high itself. Very pleased with his knowledge and the strain. All in all Zen is my favorite store wether Aurora or St.Charles. Strain choice was Jenny Kush(hybrid) Great taste, beautiful crystals and orange hairs, the high for me leaned more towards sativa. This review is the following day after purchase.

Nice place, fast service, no wait for me. Had the popular product I came for, they have a rewards program, not the most generous one I’ve seen, but they do appear to offer great daily specials. Will be back! By the way, Scott was my cashier/bud tender and he was a nice guy, very helpful. Thanks Scott!

Scam Club promos
first off F this company. I signed up for the cabbage club. It's a complete scam. the email coupons, but none of the employees know how to ring it up. they'll also send discount coupons via email, that specifically say "in addition to in-store promos," but they won't honor it. they constantly have multiple promos, but none stack or save money compared to the regular weekend price drops. if you talk to anybody from corporate they're all condescending and don't actually help if something is wrong.
