Jars in Phoenix is great but I love the employees here way more. they definitely have hearts of a healer and truly want to connect their clients and patients with products and the experiences there after that best suits the individual. Metro seems to emphasize sales so much that infects the dialogue and relationship between whomever I have tried to make transactions with at Jars Metro. not sure if it's just management styles or what but New River Jars is definitely more my kind of vibe. I am so happy to have an opportunity to stop by. Called in to check store information and whomever answered is an asset to the company indeed. super friendly and it always comes across as genuine. The prices are the best you'll find anywhere , trust me I check really hard all the time.

Celeste is one of a handful of employees at Jars New River that are my personal favorite. She's always helpful, friendly, and extremely approachable, making the transaction with her feel very comfortable. I hope this location gets back to more budtenders like her....this location used to be super friendly, it still is but some of the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I'd love to see those types replaced with FRIENDLY budtenders
