I went in yesterday morning to return a battery that I purchased and is malfunctioning. Your employee “G” didn’t like that I was returning the product. He attempted to humiliate me in front of the whole store over this return, he was clearly bothered and announced that I have made several returns , but didn’t bother to read dates. This treatment is so uncalled for and the way your employees are allowed to treat customers is wrong. He kept telling me to contact the owner like if he’s allowed to treat people horribly without any consequences and it’s allowed. Everyone else is kind and helpful. The security helps me because I can’t see well and he verifies the product name for me. Is management taking these funds from this employee? Does this cost “ G” anything? Is he or your business penalized for returns? Then “G” tried to tell me they take used items back and anytime I have made a return they never take used items back.
