Patient and Kind Budtenders

I normally go into dispensaries already knowing what I want having done a bit of research before each visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised to interact with the budtender that recommended a strain of higher quality for a better price. That is something not many budtenders do often at other dispensaries nowadays. At least not in my experience. I'll be making the drive out from Vista just to give ya'll my business.

Hi I got a email about my experience my first time. I was not happy about the service that I got from the Bud Tender.I felt he was just trying to get the sale instead of the customer service explaining what I am looking for and then I saw a container that had 14 joints so I got 2 for 35 it turned out it was thc -A Instead of regular thc of course I didn't know better so I when home and smoked a joint andit did not even smell like weed so I looked at the bottle and it said thc-a, I was so disappointed of that ,that's why I gave a low review. But if you are willing to compensate me for the disappointed first time and let me come in and be able to have a better experience for my first time again and the I would love to give a 10 star and recommend your dispensary to everyone thank you

Don’t buy in this shop they put chemical on the flower be careful and they will give you a free lighter as a promotion and then they blame you for stealing. Don’t buy in this shop and if you’re checking in weed map, there’s a million cheaper place from Walgreen, they are a big fraud.

I went in yesterday morning to return a battery that I purchased and is malfunctioning. Your employee “G” didn’t like that I was returning the product. He attempted to humiliate me in front of the whole store over this return, he was clearly bothered and announced that I have made several returns , but didn’t bother to read dates. This treatment is so uncalled for and the way your employees are allowed to treat customers is wrong. He kept telling me to contact the owner like if he’s allowed to treat people horribly without any consequences and it’s allowed. Everyone else is kind and helpful. The security helps me because I can’t see well and he verifies the product name for me. Is management taking these funds from this employee? Does this cost “ G” anything? Is he or your business penalized for returns? Then “G” tried to tell me they take used items back and anytime I have made a return they never take used items back. Please reach out to me for further discussion.
