I was really hoping for a good night’s sleep. I ate a gummy about a hour before I wanted to feel the sleepy affects. Then, it took me until the wee hours to finally fall off to sleep. But, once I was asleep, I slept soundly for 8 hours. So, the jury is still out on this product. I need to find a strain or cannabinoid that allows my thoughts to quiet down. Indica isn’t quite cutting it… so far.
