Staff really make a place
I've visited several shops in the Ontario area but I keep coming back here because of how lovely the staff are. Today was such a great example, Ruben was so patient and kind with me while making sure I got exactly what I needed, I was so grateful to encounter someone like that on a day where I was a little bit of a nervous wreck haha.
