I went in today and they were very helpful in helping me find the right product I went in with stomach issues and they actually stopped and started researching in their books which one would be the very best to help me. While other dispensaries just try to throw a name at me the port Charlotte vidacann actually took their time to help me.

Good Product, Friendly Staff

I’ve been to most the VidaCann’s on the west coast. Port Charlotte is a beautiful location, and there have been some positive changes to this location. Happy to see that they are delivering now too… Ally was super friendly and helpful with my needs. Loved to see the new product that’s coming out and good to see friendly faces!

Delivery drivers are unreasonable

Oh man. Such a disappointing experience with the delivery service during a pandemic. My husband is a permanently disabled veteran who thankfully is able to keep a part time job. Unfortunately for him and his service related PTSD, the driver said that no matter what time you schedule a delivery, not only will the person bring it whenever they feel like it rather than the scheduled time, but if you aren't home you don't get your delivery. When asked why this was the driver responded along the lines of- if he is ahead of schedule and you aren't home when he brings it, it's not his problem. Frankly after spending more than $1200 there, we expected a little better customer service for our loyalty.

Earn almog is trash

It’s highly recommended because it’s more expensive than Vidacann brand. Way worse basically did nothing at all day or night. Also I’m very pissed and about to never go back because of lack of flowers for last 2-3 months. Quit trying to push those shitty vape pens and sell me some damn duct tape and pck. Wtf I’ve been a customer since a couple 100$ free points purchases already and ask 3 Vidacann stores to call if they get flower. Never receive any calls but they get a few jars apparently every week. Send me a couple jars or give me my 100$ worth of points back or my Vidacann days are over Pissed off customer

This was highly recommended by the guy who was helping me, I have trouble sleeping, anxiety and have severe migraines/headaches-and he suggested this product would do wonders for my troubles. Well it didn’t, it’s doing the complete opposite. I was paranoid as all hell all night, I had a panic attack ( I haven’t had one in over a year ) and it 4:59am right now and I’m wide awake. I’ve also been tossing and turning all night. He also said they have great taste... I don’t think so. It does hit smooth but that’s about it.

i have been checking often for any indica flower availability. once in a while, a preroll will come along, then nothing worth going for, for months on end. too bad because there are some good strains they could have in flower form. not interested in other forms.

Walked in to find 7 people waiting to be seen and the new employees are from a different City. They are more like zombies. The old discount program was answered with “We’re under new management.” The local-operated at home vibe is gone and so am I as a customer.
