this place is honestly the worst dispensary in illinois. they do not give a damn about the experience of their customers. website is honestly a disgrace, how can you even call yourself a dispensary you have like 11 vapes in stock and they all suck btw, how do you run out of your signature house brands ON THE HOLIDAYS? it says they have 45% off magnitude on their website but none in stock. i called to see if there will be a holiday restock they told me no check the other stores that are 50 minutes away. this place is like walmart you walk in and theres 10 registers but only 2 are open and theres 20 people in line. save your money and your dignity and stay far away from this place. im about to just quit smoking because of this

Smooth process

I went to Verilife yesterday and waited for a total of about an hour. The staff was friendly, even the police and the staff tried making the process as smooth as possible (placing orders ahead of time, having ID and cash ready.) Everything is still in the beginning process, especially with marijuana just becoming legal. I’m sure once the hype goes down this place will become even better in regards to products and display. Anyone who honestly complains is just entitled and impatient, give it time and this place will flourish to its highest potential. Also, they have good quality products. The mango fruit chews are my favorite!

These guys rock... I've been coming for about a year, and even after a move farther away, I still come to *these* folks. One specific person to point out would be Christopher. I had gotten "stuck" in terms of product and where to go next. Christopher took the time to ask what I like, how I wanna get there, and what kind of time frame did I prefer. He _nailed_ it. Again, all the folks are awesome, enjoy your time with them!

Efficient workers and hassle-free process

I have a medical card and was worried about the chaoticness of recreational sales at this particular location on account of the size and parking. I was pleasantly surprised to find the recreational sales didn't slow down the process one bit. The parking situation seems to not be much of a problem and the line was moving fast.

so your going to wait a minimum of an hour. but from my experiences it's for good reasons. mainly because verilife has quality product. friendly staff. ( even the police ) and most importantly.. they actually still have product to choose from.

I mean hey it’s was easy. I used an iPad to place my order. It’s wasn’t personable my ANY means in any way shape or form. It felt like I was meant to go right in and come right own. No need to speak to anybody. The opposite reason of my medical use. I mean I guess it’s decent. Will I be back NOPE. WOULD I RECOMMEND? Nah!
