Make sure to ask an associate about deals. Got a killer deal on some lilac cookies! Great spot very helpful staff. Only critique is deals aren’t really advertised. Overall great experience, Justin rang us up but all of the staff were very friendly & helpful.

I came here after being denied service at Sunnyside Dispensary in Clark street for having a Puerto Rico drivers license, I had no issues getting in and all the employees were very friendly even the ones that didn’t help me, they all said goodbye as I left. If I’m ever in the city again I won’t hesitate to come here.

Pleasant Experience!

I had preordered online and upon arriving at the shop, the security guard was kind and helpful, then the check in peeps at the front counter were extremely kind and helpful! There were ATMS available and then the line was maybe 4 min long, I came up to the counter and was greeted with more kindness and my order! I will definitely come back! Plus the atmosphere was sleek, colorful and enticing! Way to go Verilife River North!

Place felt like I was walking in an apple store. knowledgeable staff that made very good recs. It is a bit pricey if you are used to CO or CA dispensaries, but I guess that's to be expected in a big city. Didn't walk into a pretentious environment.

I had purchased a vape battery at this place. Magnitude brand, it did not work. I called and they said they could replace the battery. But I had drove far to see how this place was. They could only offer discounts and no free products. Even though I had chosen this place. I got a 20% discount. Tried another magnitude battery and did not work, also the vape cartridge was magnitude and did not work also. They gave me a tsunami battery which does works and they replaced my vape cartridge also and you keep any products you have already purchased. Overall not a bad place but I would prefer a pre roll as I did spend more money in gas to reach this place again.

I went to buy a pack of Verano pre rolls which normally cost 45$ with tax included at every other dispensary in Chicago. They charged me 56$ Why are you taxing something that's already taxed? Doesn't sound legal to me. Regardless they have lost my business without a doubt. The whole experience once inside was weird too.

Bad Customer Experience - Rude Management

I had a similar experience to weedoWasi, I arrived about 20 minutes before close of the dispensary. I waited for approximately 10 minutes to be let in, during that time only two ppl were let in, there was a woman in front of me however I was with my partner and wanted to go in together so we let the girl behind us go in. Shortly after the manager came and let us know that no one else would be let in, this is about 10 minutes before the actual closing time of the dispensary. The security guard standing outside who saw us let the girl go in front of us didn’t vouch for us either. This practice to me doesn’t make sense, as someone who works in retail denying customers before the closing time doesn’t seem ethical and especially in the manner it was done.

Worst Dispensary in Chicago

I’ve been here multiple times both within their hours of operation and have been turned down. They claim that they were not open and weren’t serving customers when there were about 5 people outside waiting. They say past a certain time it is only online orders so I asked if I could just do one there and they said no. An awful experience and I was disrespected by not only the security guard but the man working. Will never be going back there again. Why have the hours of operation if you are not going to honor them? Shitty place with shitty people
