I've been coming to Valley for a year now. I've always been satisfied and never had an issue. Yesterday I had my first issue. I called and got a hold of the manager (Tina I believe) and explained my issue. I was very relieved when she was super professional and very nice. She resolved my issue without hesitation. I met her in person when I returned and she took the time to talk to me and apologize for what ended up being 100% NOT Valleys fault. Juan the tender was super helpful and a pleasure to work with. Anyway I guess my point is, you can buy your medicine anywhere. But what happens if there's an issue and how are you made to feel when you bring it to their attention?
