The people mainly females are extremely rude. I drove all the way up there from Ohio to be told what I ordered isn't in then got a attitude with me because I showed signs of disappointment The manager Joe Damon called my phone and asked why am I leaving bad reviews when all my purchases have been shake said it's not like I'm a big spender. I said why do my purchases matter he banned me because I stood up for myself.

I come to this dispensary because a family member of mine works inventory but every time I arrive here the female associates are extremely rude you ask about a product it's like it's a issue you ask do you guys have this you guys have that they make you feel like you're in the wrong I honestly thought it's because I'm BLACK I HONESTLY DID

the shake that i received from my order pulls but it won’t actually smoke the shake is a very powdery substance not really good

I was able to purchase what I ordered but the customer service was horrible they don't want you asking questions If you hurry up and buy your good but if you begin asking questions about the product or different products you'll notice the associate develop an attitude makes you not wanna shop there Product is cheap customer service is WEAK

My budtender David provided top notch customer service. Not only was he very knowledgeable of the products, he did it in a kind manner that made me want to return next time! David is a superior human being and I really appreciate his positive energy. I work in healthcare and worked in retail previously so I can really gauge quality service when I see it, David deserves a raise. Will be back. -Dakota

It was our first time into the dispensary and Sarah was very helpful she made sure she talked to us about the different deals that you had at that time we talked to her about what we liked she brought us lots of different product to smell look at she even had another bartender coming help when she couldn't answer the questions that we had she was very attentive and very pleasant to be with I would pick Sarah as my budtender anytime I am there

If i could leave a 0 i would. The flower I got is over 2 years old. I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be removed from the shelves after a year. If you like buying 2 year old flower then this is the place to go. If you like yours fresher then I'd pass on shopping here.

I love the selection, however the bud tender was miserable to deal with. Her name was Brittany. She was rude, every question I had was inconvenient for her. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable and not welcome at all. In a market saturated with dispensaries and deals, customer service is paramount. The security guard is also rude, has an attitude, and is more than happy to make you feel unwelcome. My entire visit was awful to say the least. It required a manager to intervene and beg to make the situation right. In all of the hundreds of dispensaries I’ve been to, I’ve never been treated more poorly. The only thing good here was the exit door.
