I wonder why people hate I swear the flower is great I’ve had strains from strawberry cough the Jack Herer and many other strains with success even the bud with lower THC content the staff always steer in in a good direction and have knowledge on bud super awesome I wish I worked here I love Ultra Health SF they are supreme!!!!
I love Ultra Health. They have gone through a lot of staffing changes and now everyone there is educated, friendly, and helpful. I have a complex brain disorder, and although I love some of the other dispensaries in town Ultra Health sells some unique products that are helping me.

Well....I went in on my bday and I had also just received my Cannabis card. When we got there they greeted us immediately and had us fill out the standard registration paperwork. After finishing the paperwork they had us sitting there for at least 10 minutes. The manager was doing interviews in between patients. On top of that, an attractive female came in and they called her back before they called me back. When i finally get called back I was not impressed with the flower at all. They had a lot of variety but all the flower looked like shake. I had to select a few options before the budtender was able to find some decent nugs for a gram bag. They even had the audacity to leave the price the same for the shake that they had their jars full of. I dont think I'll ever go back to this place and i'll definitely pass my experience along to fellow card holders. Sorry guys. Hope you can turn things around.
Long waiting period, Shitty quality flower, staff was rude, acted like they new cannabis but knew jack shit
This place has the worst flower in town everything is low potency and just looks like total popcorn mugs. Also Rude staff. Never seen the menu change and if it does it's to take something off of the menu or it's something that's low potency that's it. Never anything over 20%.
The CBD flower was expensive for what it sells for around town. The girl that helped me didn’t seem to be able to help me with what I was looking for out of a strain, she said I just had to go with what they had.
Their goodmeds was Good flower, but the staff doesn’t seem as professional as some of the other places around town.

I do enjoy the purple fat pie from here because it is so rare to find colored buds, it's not potent enough to justify the price being at 13%. The buds themselves are not trimmed properly I got .41 gram of leaf and .15g of stick/stem off 1 gram.
Aside from this I had a white rope, similar to the ones at home depot used for tying down items, on the stem. For $14 a gram you should have no leaves no strings and much higher quality. The rest of the shops will give you 28%+ for $13 and you can find 15% for $6-$8.
I would be willing to pay $3/g for this product and even that is pushing it.
Both of the associates behind the counter were clearly too busy interacting with each other to help patients. When I walked in it was empty still took me a half hour to be seen while I could hear the girls behind the counter gossiping about previous customers. I will not return here under any circumstances
I've been to ultra health 2 times. First experience the budtender was squishing and pulling apart the flower with her bare fingers. She seriously could have grabbed a different Nug. The second experience I got a text from Ultra Heath stating there was $6 pre rolls. I showed up and the same lady said they only had three. I said I'd take whatever they had. She brought out 3 and then 5 minutes later my friend(another patient) came out with 3 pre rolls. Just be honest or set a limit. I'll never be back for bad care. This place is a rip off!
The employees here need to work on their customer service and not throw shade at customers. you are not doing us a favor by selling to us. And your product is overpriced for the quality. I won't be back.
