I placed an online order totaling approximately $85 for 8 items. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was informed that some of the items were sold out. As a result, I only received 4 of the 8 items, yet I ended up paying nearly the same amount. This situation was not acceptable.

I'm surprised at you weedmaps, you've never steered me wrong! Trashy and inattentive staff who cared more about their conversations and personal life than their work (high AF, obvi) and a security guard with an ego. Weed maps, you've never steered me wrong before but you probably wanna take this one off your service. Hate poor service and won't pay for it!!! Left without my order and would never go back!!!

I was completely ripped off by Traditional. I placed an order on Weedmaps for a 50ml jar of CBD heavy balm. I went to Traditional to pick up the order, paid, and only when I got home did I realize they gave me a 15ml jar instead. I opened the packaging but not the actual seal on the container before I realized. I tried to get a refund and they would not do it. I would have agreed to store credit but they still wouldn't do it. This was their mistake for listing the product wrong, and they even admitted it was their mistake, but they refused to do anything to make it right and I just have to eat it. Avoid this store at all costs. There are many other dispensaries in LA who actually care about their customers. I don't know who actually owns this place but I hope no one ever has to get scammed by Traditional again.
