You can listen to all the hype by the strip and a drive thru dispensary, but you want good deals, great fxkn flower, and some of the funniest associates look no farther than Top Notch. Only locals know but if your from out of town and wanna buy at street prices this the spot. What you see on the menu is what you pay!!
