I would like to bring to your attention some recent experiences I had during my visits to the store. On my initial visit, I encountered some challenges with the morning staff's customer service. I was taking advantage of the Labor Day sale, which had excellent deals, and found myself $1 short for an additional cartridge I wanted to purchase. When I inquired if I could quickly retrieve the extra dollar from my car, the bud tender expressed visible frustration and mentioned that we would need to process another transaction. Sensing the discomfort, I opted to remove one cartridge from my order instead. Upon returning the following day, I was assisted by another employee who also did not exhibit a welcoming demeanor. After noticing that I had exact change, he seemed somewhat annoyed and rushed me out of the store. I did bring these experiences to the attention of Parker, the General Manager, but I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed, as I encountered similar issues on consecutive days.

Bud tenders are friendly and knowledgeable. I have anxiety, they take they’re time with me and explain the products without making me feel like a poozer. Highly recommend these guys ❤️

What a great shop!
Melody was super helpful and very patient when we went in today. She was knowledgeable about the products and couldn’t have been nicer. The products are great too! Ashley is terrific as well! Everyone in the shop was kind and very helpful. Can’t forget Danny!!! He was so wonderful and helpful! Everyone who works here has been great and I’ll keep coming back.

New spot alert! Close to my house and had brand new strains of Grower Circle, doesn’t get better than that . Picked up two face, power outage, and collins ave and definitely will be coming back for more!

Me and my wife have tried our fair share of dispensaries across abq and dark matter by far gives you the best BANG! for your buck$$. Great selection of herb and concentrates with quality that has been out of this world usually prices indicate which products would be of higher quality but at this place their 20 dollar wax is some of the best concentrate i ever smoked and that includes pre prohibition cannabis and If you are looking for that higher end smoke and wanna smoke like you got it in your pocket their 50$+ concentrates and 15$ a gram bud is phenomenal. It is upsetting when you go to the dispensary spend 50 to 100 dollars on a single gram and it have terrible taste and a bad high, or same thing for bud that you spend extra on for it just to taste like bottom shelf, but so far that has never been the case here shout out to the people at dark matter for being positive and sourcing some of the best cannabis here in albuquerque ☆☆☆☆☆

Had a great experience at this dispensary! The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection. Iggy was the one who helped me out,and he was awesome — super knowledgeable, patient, and really made sure I found exactly what I needed. His customer service was top-notch and made the whole experience smooth and easy. Definitely coming back, and I’ll be asking for Iggy again!
