I would like to bring to your attention some recent experiences I had during my visits to the store. On my initial visit, I encountered some challenges with the morning staff's customer service. I was taking advantage of the Labor Day sale, which had excellent deals, and found myself $1 short for an additional cartridge I wanted to purchase. When I inquired if I could quickly retrieve the extra dollar from my car, the bud tender expressed visible frustration and mentioned that we would need to process another transaction. Sensing the discomfort, I opted to remove one cartridge from my order instead. Upon returning the following day, I was assisted by another employee who also did not exhibit a welcoming demeanor. After noticing that I had exact change, he seemed somewhat annoyed and rushed me out of the store. I did bring these experiences to the attention of Parker, the General Manager, but I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed, as I encountered similar issues on consecutive days.

Sierra was the absolute worst. Asked for a manager, and got her. Nothing but belittled and talked down on. When asked for a higher manager, she said good luck and hung up on me

called to see if they had an item in stock and was replied with, "you can always come in and see what we have instead of calling". Went in and was immediately treated as if I didn't belong there. don't go here.

i bought moonrocks, the tag says 2.37 grams and i came home and weighed it, it came out to 1.8 gs. don't go there. overly priced and obviously don't know how to weigh
