I ordered a $40 concentrate online and picked it up, but the product wasn’t what I ordered. After contacting the dispensary, a manager admitted their inventory system is inaccurate and promised to make it right next time. However, when I returned, the GM refused to honor that promise, saying I’d have to come back when the shift manager was in so she could cover the cost personally. He even sarcastically offered $50 out of his own pocket, then got upset when I accepted. I left without any resolution. This experience showed a lack of accountability and poor leadership. Be cautious when ordering here — don’t expect mistakes to be fixed easily. What I disliked the most is this happens often and I never mentioned anything before but this was an expensive mistake and I wanted to give them an opportunity to show some integrity.
