I absolutely love tumbleweed... Staff is amazing and so nice. They get u in and out as quick as they can and it's all around a great experience if you are a first time smoker. Staff has enough knowledge about the different strains they have and could probably tell u anything u need to know.
I have been smoking for a while but never really cared about indica or sativa effects. When I went into Tumbleweed with my buddy, we were politely called over by an employee named Kayla. My buddy knew what he wanted right away and I was hesitant with my choices. Kayla took the time to go grab different strains of bud and explain the effect each one would have. All of the employees were very professional, kind, and great at their jobs. Most definitely a stop you would love to make if you are a toker. Thumbs up a hundred times!

Great staff! All friendly helped me with everything i was looking for!
Hey, I'm traveling through Colorado right now and this is one of the few(4 different ones) I went to. Absolutely my favorite one the tender that helped me out was a 9 ft 7 girl and she was great! She handled my questions and what not with satisfaction and efficiency would definitely recommend didn't try the buds but they looked amazing.
This establishments staff quality has gone down hill over the past few months. The flower and oil quality is hit or miss as it always has been. Customer service and relations are horrible. The staffs knowledge about the products available are very little, if any. You need to be sure they get your order correct at checkout. It appears that most the staff has consumed product before work. The staffs behaviors are not professional whatsoever in this establishment. It's sad to see what a change can happen in a few months. I hope their customer service/relations takes a turn for the best. Before more customers local customers are lost. Weigh out your pros and cons before stopping here! Wait times can be long! Quality of customer service and relations is a backbone of a business. It seems to be missing here! I don't want to go to an establishment when the experiences are getting worse by the visit. Don't have any choices made before you get there. Menus aren't updated. To better days!
Living in GJ, visiting other area dispensaries, this has become my go-to spot. The convenience, price and most importantly the staff have me driving past the places in De Beque. I've heard shops in Rifle have slightly better prices, but I don't care because I'm so happy with this spot and figure it actually washes out with gas prices and time saved. The staff! They're lovely, informed, and seem genuinely happy to be there and help you. Please forgive my poor memory for names, but the lady with dark brown/black hair, the taller, exuberant blonde lady, and Chris are always a pleasure to see. I do have to knock a bit off for accessibility, as I imagine things from my aunt's eyes, since she needs a wheelchair or walker to get around. I think she would have quite a bit of trouble negotiating the curb and the swinging western-style doors inside the front entrance.
