So many products all different price points and a great staff!

Decided to delete my review of this scam shop cause I received a phone call from the Director of operations wanting to remedy the situation and find solution so I decided to go back and give it another try. Keep in mind I’ve spent way over $1000 my first week finding this shop as I’m new to NYC. I’ve tipped the staff 50$ everytimei picked an order up and have been a loyal customer. Literally the second I ask about why none of my rewards points were adding up or wanting to use them the staff turned extremely nasty especially a guy named Spank. I had to get in line and get out of line 3 different times just to ask for help and the staff just looked at me puzzled. I feel like such a clown for tipping the staff hundreds and felt super threatened by a man named Spank. Luckily I found Fluent Cannabis nearby that carries strains and brands Im familiar with like Alien Labs and Connected from California. . The Travel Agency is a tourist trap scam shop. Not for locals or returning customers
