Security guard hardly even acknowledged me, my father and uncle upon entering. No greeting, barely even looked up. Upon mentioning to him that it was uncle's first time, he didn't even respond, acting like he was doing us a favor, and reluctantly was taking our IDs. Felt like we were just standing there and he was obliging us to put our IDs in his hand without him even asking. Then upon expressing this to the sales manner, the response was "Im sorry if you felt some type of way", & making excuses for the guard saying things like, "Im the one with the personality" and implying that the security guard didnt have to respond or didn't have to have the most decent of basic human being manners. Definitely lost me a client moving forward. Also, upon telling the security guard that he was being a d***, there was no apology or even a response that may have made up for the unprofessional, impersonal, and rude attitude. According to the manager, guess the security doesn't need to greet or talk.
