I placed my order when items were in stock and I knew the sale was hot so I tried to be fast! I showed up once my order went past an hour and asked the manager if I could just walk in and grab my own stuff instead. He said, the order “was ready” and it was likely a Weedmaps error. I walked in and mentioned my order which was going on an hour and a half past the time I placed it. The woman said it wasn’t ready and she would just then grab it. Items I really wanted weren’t available. The store was NOT busy at the time I arrived at the least and should they have CHECKED the orders on time, I bet this wouldn’t have happened. I love trying new places and the manager was very kind but at the least know what’s going on in shop! Never returning here

Such a wonderful experience

It’s a typical experience from any “The Syndicate” you can go to, an absolute blast. You won’t find another experience at a dispensary like it (not in the IE at least anyway). From the moment you walk in and speak to the guard at the window, to entering through a hidden passage behind a bookshelf, to the bud tenders. And the selection is more then acceptable, from all your favorite brands and a few start up ones, you’ll have an easy time looking for what you want. I personally went with two different brand of cartridges and a solid pre roll blunt. But one of the best things about any The Syndicate location, is the first visit bonus and gift. At this location, visiting 3 weeks after open, I got a 40% off discount (which was just for being a first time visitor) and some free candies; super cute, high quality, looks like little dabs (no thc). I ran out of space for the rest of the review LMAO but Phil :) was excellent help there!

Dillon and Cameron have great customer service and the decor at this spot is super chic! Bookcase though! You'll get it when you stop by. Got the best deal on my fav Plug and Play! 2 for 1!!! New selection of King Palms, and some 🔥 of their signature flower! Love this spot! My new favorite place !!!
