This place is trash now and so is the one on Piner. My friend got his ID stole by some kid named Charlie S over at the fulton location. The manager Mandy is worthless and is totally in on their LAZY and dishonest staff. Horrible customer service infact there is none at their location for these reasons like the SHARKS say I'm OUT

1/08/26 -- arrived at 7:35 and walked in no one greeted me and the kid behind the counter just said ID over here. There was another girl behind the counter who was just starring at her phone. I gave him my ID and he put it back on the counter and didn't say a word or ask me anything. I thought that was odd and put my id in the cart and intended to put it in my wallet after the purchase because sometimes they ask for the name again (always high and lazy in these stores). I paid for my items and forgot the id and the Kid who rang me out never handed it back to me after looking at the cart to grab each item. I left the store and came back maybe a half hour later and asked for my ID the kid acted like he never saw me and asked for my ID. I told him her rang me out and I came back for it. He ignored me and called the manager Mandy, She told me she couldn't do anything and the kid was being a PUNK (charlie s) about the whole situation and did nothing to help. I do NOT recommend POS place

Straight up one of the best looking dispensaries in Santa Rosa, great deals. Great staff and a great dispensary to come check out if you're in Santa Rosa I read one review and must say it was a hater review rather than a honest review 5 star no doubt š§

Just moved to the area and have tried almost every spot around. My wife and I love this spot. Bigger selection and better prices than the place a couple blocks away.

Joke of a store
Walk in thursday 12/21. Check went fine. Male rings up the 1 customer and proceeds to talk and giggle with his 2 female co workers. My wife and I told eachother we would wait 5 mins ...after 3 mins with no help in site, we took off. Been to Sonoma highway location and they are very nice and welcoming. Dont shop at the Piner location!

Disappointing
I visited here because my normal go to was closed for the night. Everyone seemed uninterested in help anyone. I mean that had the things I wanted but staff was ill mannered.
