Why did it take 5 months to respond ….? The Stations response is not helpful !! Crappy customer service in every way!!! The Station will NOT honor you first time purchase of a product is on sale. All other storefronts in Fresno do. When asked the cashier said sorry no. That would be too big of a discount…(15%) … All other Fresno stores have higher first time buyers discounts. This is actually the second time I visited The Station, but left the first time because I couldn’t get anyone to even acknowledge or help me in the 25 minutes I was waiting. The security guard was very cool!!

My visit was lackluster, I agree the reuse of the building was probably the only high point for me. The pull out drawer was a little better than the hard to figure out or reach round smell boxes at Cookies. All in all, the strain and quality of the smoke was there! The location is just a little more tucked back into a cul de saq if you like that!

as a blind man, I must be able to figure out if people are genuine or not using my hearing and my sense of presence that has been developed quite Keen since I was blinded. when I called, Frisco was nothing but kind and understanding and he was the reason we went. once arrived, it was easy to find what we were looking for and even though quite secure, there was a personal touch as well. therefore, we have found our new dispensary. no more waiting, no more changing of e t A's and no more hassles. if I could rate double this, I would! I'm sure it's even better for those who have sight.. lol.

Finally, an owner that knows the business. Great prices, selection and customer service. Fed up with other dispensaries then go here.

Went here for the first time yesterday and it was amazing. Customer service is top notch and store was beautiful. Highly recommend going in and finding the specials. Got a surprise buy 1 get one for a penny. NO lines and easy online ordering. Also loved the restoration of old buildings in Fresno.

Came in on dime day staff were really nice and hooked me up. Shoutout to Jennifer ,Kyle and the dime rep Mel were really awesome thanks again.

I've had the pleasure of being a customer for some time and have had only great experiences. It's a simple easy process with great one on one engagements. Promos are written on the glass walls is a great display and love to see it. PRICES are great here and the rewards are so straightforward, simple, and it feels like your actually getting rewards, NO endless loops of "points expiring". Keep up the great work!
