Went to pick up my order and their system was down so my order was cancelled. Never got my flower!

Why did it take 5 months to respond ….? The Stations response is not helpful !! Crappy customer service in every way!!! The Station will NOT honor you first time purchase of a product is on sale. All other storefronts in Fresno do. When asked the cashier said sorry no. That would be too big of a discount…(15%) … All other Fresno stores have higher first time buyers discounts. This is actually the second time I visited The Station, but left the first time because I couldn’t get anyone to even acknowledge or help me in the 25 minutes I was waiting. The security guard was very cool!!
