I came to this store a year ago after my regular place consistently ran out of my favorite brands. Now "the set" is batting about 50 percent with stocking items. As I enquired about my favorite sleep gummy and told again, nope out of stock , a customer behind me was also left disappointed. I've never been given a good reason for out of stock just "you'll have to talk to the purchasing manager or why don't you call ahead." And so what do we do as customers when we can't find our brand? We go to a competing store. Might be time to find a new place to get my brand.

I brought a friend visiting from Germany and we were helped out by Michael, who just happened to "sprechen sie Deutsch" a bit, which was a huge help since I don't know much about weed. She had a wonderful first dispensary experience in America, so nice to have friendly multilingual staff in a city of tourists, great vibes here ;)
