Every time I’ve walked in here it has taken me a minimum of 20 minutes to checkout. There is often times only 1 person in front of me being served and they are chatting away not caring about the next customer. The last 2 times there were like 5 customers in front of me and I didn’t want to wait 1 hour so I left. Either hire more people or check people out faster. It’s not very difficult

I live a bit of distance from The Kana Company, but its close to my job. I'm there at least once, if not twice, a week. Even if its my day off I will still trek my happy butt to The Kana Company. They are a fast, friendly, knowledgeable crew. I normally deal with Gia and she always brings a smile to my face. I never feel rushed and she's always so helpful. The prices are right, and the music selection is right up my alley!! Thanks Gia and crew for making this introvert comfortable and happy.
