Lovely store in the heart of Detroit Lake

Stopped in this weekend on vacation and picked up some headband and T-4. The staff there was great and the store was beautiful. Their prices are on point with the dispensaries in my area, and they carry a larger selection of products than I was expecting for such a small town. I will definitely be coming back.

Have Not Yet Been Inside The Door

I cannot speak to the customer service or product value due to the fact that this dispensaries website said they were open until 7pm today, Sunday September 23, 2018. We arrived at the door of this establishment at 6:15pm to find the place closed. Their website also says they are closed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. So let's count, that's 3 days they say they are closed added to the 1 day they say are open. If my calculations are correct that is 4 damn days in a row they are closed! How do they even stay in business? Errors like this are damn frustrating and so stupid they shouldn't even happen. I do plan on visiting this dispensary "some day" when they are open. At that time I will give a full and unbiased review and opinion.

Not great

Purchased a pen that the battery wouldn't charge once I got home. Asked them what I should do and they told me to simply go buy a $30 battery..the whole pen cost $35. I was happy till now with prices but it wasn't worth it. Plus they didn't seem to care or offer a reasonable way of making things right. Disappointing, especially since they seemed so nice.
