I purchased a product here on Tuesday night and discovered by Thursday that it was faulty. When I called, I was reassured that their policy allows an exchange or return of faulty products within seven days. Feeling confident, I went in expecting the issue to be resolved. Unfortunately, when I spoke with the MOD, Joseph, I was treated with dismissiveness instead of understanding. I demonstrated how the product wasn’t functioning, but instead of acknowledging the defect, he fidgeted with it briefly and claimed it was already “halfway completed.” I tried to explain that the product’s consistency is thick—like molasses—and that it naturally needs time to settle in the container, which makes it appear otherwise. He cut me off, insisted that wasn’t even possible, and flat-out denied my request for an exchange or replacement. I walked away feeling dissatisfied, insulted, and cheated.
