Paris OG has a French name and an OG résumé, complete with a first-place trophy. The Paris OG strain circulates as an established cut and in commercial seed versions, with some distance between the podium and the seed rack.

Origin 1: The cup-winning cut. Paris OG’s reported lineage pairs Headband with Lemon OG, although its original breeder remains unconfirmed. Oasis Medical Seeds entered Paris OG in the 2014 High Times Michigan Medical Cannabis Cup and took first place in the indica category. The cut also appears in the pedigrees of Pavé and Archive Seed Bank’s French Toast.

Origin 2: The commercial seed versions. Several seed banks offer feminized Paris OG seeds, commonly carrying the same reported Headband × Lemon OG parentage. Their connection to the award-winning cut is unconfirmed.

Diesel leads the nose, with earthy wood underneath and lemon, lime, and pine cutting through. A faint floral note rounds out the finish. Paris OG flower wears a generous trichome coat, giving that pungent OG profile a suitably frosted presentation. The name dresses up. The gas doesn’t.

From smokers’ accounts, Paris OG delivers a mood lift with tingly physical relaxation, followed by the creeping appeal of calling it a night. That combination gives its reputation for sleepy sessions some legs, even if nobody feels like using theirs. Bonjour, couch. Bonsoir, plans.
