The process begins at harvest: whole flower is immediately fresh-frozen to lock in the complete terpene profile before any degradation can occur. That live material is submerged in an ice water bath, where trichomes are gently separated and collected as water hash. After drying, the hash is filtered through micron bags and pressed between heated plates using only heat and pressure to produce pure rosin.
