I ordered a 5pk of sluggers at a discounted price, they gave me a single at the same price. When I tried to tell them it was incorrect, they kept trying to shove the blame saying “they showed me first”. I was simply verbally told my order, but the single was the same strain as the pack so I didn’t question it. They said the single scanned so it has to be that one, but I still had my order open on my phone on the app that clearly said I ordered a 5pk. The manager came by and offered me to buy the 5pk at full price and when I told them no, bc I ordered a 5pk at that price and brought exact change, so asked them to honor it, they multiple times said “we never do this, we can only honor it just this once”. Okay? What’s that gotta do with me? This hasn’t happened to me ever before so unless you expect it to happen again, why would I expect you to honor it more than once? TLDR : I ordered a 5pk online, I didn’t get the product I ordered, you should’ve swapped it no problem rather than shifting the blame like it’s the customer’s fault you listed a product incorrectly. I don’t have power over anything other than what I choose to order, and I chose to order a 5pk, plain and simple.
