I came here a few weeks ago for the first time and was incredibly impressed. The space is amazing and very spacious! And the customer service was absolutely stellar, from the girl at the front check in area to the woman that assisted with my pickup order. This will definitely be one of my go to dispensary's from now on:)

weedmaps problem, not my problem

I ordered a 5pk of sluggers at a discounted price, they gave me a single at the same price. When I tried to tell them it was incorrect, they kept trying to shove the blame saying “they showed me first”. I was simply verbally told my order, but the single was the same strain as the pack so I didn’t question it. They said the single scanned so it has to be that one, but I still had my order open on my phone on the app that clearly said I ordered a 5pk. The manager came by and offered me to buy the 5pk at full price and when I told them no, bc I ordered a 5pk at that price and brought exact change, so asked them to honor it, they multiple times said “we never do this, we can only honor it just this once”. Okay? What’s that gotta do with me? This hasn’t happened to me ever before so unless you expect it to happen again, why would I expect you to honor it more than once? TLDR : I ordered a 5pk online, I didn’t get the product I ordered, you should’ve swapped it no problem rather than shifting the blame like it’s the customer’s fault you listed a product incorrectly. I don’t have power over anything other than what I choose to order, and I chose to order a 5pk, plain and simple.

And then they stick us with 20% off everything lol that’s my FTP deal that ain’t shit in 420. Then they said both days same deals loooll. No deals no discount and no free bags FALSE ADVERTISMENT AND BULLSHIT TO THE FINEST! Next time you make a flyer or poster have your graphic designer double check all the details and make the information accurate. Bullllshit of a morning thanks to the circle more like the square. Plenty of other clinics to visit and give the deals they post about. Shame on the owner and management!

tbh I never really do reviews but I had to leave one after my experience here 🙈🤪 I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries before but nothing compares to my trip here🥴 I was greeted by this magical front desk queen and after one encounter with her my life changed‼️ My skin became clear, my grades went up, my bank account went up, and I woke up the next morning with a perfectly lifted bbl‼️‼️ 😳 I think her name is Vicky‼️ she is gorgeous‼️ I saw her greeting customers warmly with the perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness that I’ve never seen in another human being before‼️ I was stunned‼️‼️😳 She is truly out of this world and a gift to The Circle‼️ She told me to get FRESH BAKED so I did 💅 and it was the best high I’ve ever had 😍🤯 thank you VICKY‼️ good morning to VICKY ONLY‼️

A step forward in normalization of Cannabis use

I've been heavily involved and informed with medical cannabis for 9 years now, and I have to say that this facility breaks a mold that has held back the cannabis industry for many years - normalization. Dispensaries 10 years ago, and even just a couple years ago, were forced into the nooks and crannies of urban and industrial areas. Gated doors, heavily tinted reception windows, and aggressive attitude were sported for survival, but also because of the judgmental gaze of society. We were all counter-culture, and the state heavily forced us to stay within that little box. The Circle seeks to break out of that box. Exterior is alluring, modern, and quite large. Its not shoved in the corner of a dilapidated strip mall, its sports its own building - and it wants to be seen! Check-in lobby hosts bright lighting and lots of room. There's plenty of seating, although I've yet had to actually wait in the lobby more than the time it takes to check in. Once inside, high ceilings and beautifully displayed product welcome you to one of the most modernized dispensaries around. This is not your typical walk up to display case kind of place. Every single product (minus drinks) is available for you to view at your leisure. You can open flower containers to smell the product, see some edibles displayed outside their packaging, almost all concentrates opened so you can actually see the contents; these are all traits completely devoid in you're average collective. This place offers freedom- a patient in a safe setting, rather than a buyer doing "legally-gray" transactions behind closed doors. Once you know what you want, all you need do is speak with one of the many workers on the floor who can help you place your order, or simply go up to an iPad and select what you want from the menu there (view anytime if you go to the dutiche website). They pull your items from the back and, generally, have your order ready by the time you get through the short line. I highly recommend visiting the Circle. Those like me who have seen 2010's MMJ donation cost versus current day cost will feel that slight sting from the 33% tax- which is set by the city and state, not the dispensary. To combat this, the Circle often has select brands on sale (20% off) and additionally has vendors visit who offer good deals on their brand. I could go on and on about the pluses of this place, but I also want to make people aware of a few things that may impact their quality of visit. One, having items in stock. While I've never seen them run out of any flower or edibles, almost every time I try to get a cartridge or concentrate - they're out of stock of that specific one. Mostly, it's that they don't have the strain that was advertised on their menu, but I've also encountered a whole brand being out of stock. Don't fret, just call ahead and ask about your exact item you want and make sure its there. Overall a great shop, interested to where this place goes!

I love this shop and I love coming here. Prices are super fair, and trust me I’ve compared. And they also have all the brands I look for and are always in stock. Staff is excellent, courteous and also not pushy and aggressive. Anyone who’s complaining about taxes is obviously uneducated about what’s going on with the cannabis politics and should definitely do more research before complaining about taxes. And I LOVE how people say oh you can go to this city and that city and they won’t tax you, yeeaah ok if I wanted untested full of pesticides weed, vapes or edibles I would, but not if am worried about what goes in my body and lungs. Love The Circle!

This place has a great vibe that begins in the parking lot with speakers attached to the building blasting out rock. The receptionist welcomes you and quickly registers you and directs you to go inside. The main room is spacious, sleek, and inviting. Products are in beautiful glass cases set up in semi-circle around the room with a semi-circle in middle of room where flower products are displayed. As I began walking around the well organized room I was quickly welcomed by Sam a bud tender with an I-pad in hand. Sam was so sweet and her knowledge was impressive. She quickly answered questions, made suggestions when appropriate. All the information and suggestions Sam provided were 100% on point. Sam is a Rock Star! Great place, people, and high quality products! Consider me a very satisfied client!

Fanciest dispensary I've seen

I've come here 4 or 5 times since its opening. The staff is friendly and relaxed. They remember who I am and always compliment my Goku hat. The staff is also very knowledgeable. They have a huge selection of product and I can always something that suits my needs. I got so lucky that this place opened so close to where I live. This is now my go to place for my medication needs.

I just went to this shop. I live right down the street and have watched the progress of the construction. The place is huge & luxury all the way. Prices are less than other neighboring stores that I've used. Many products are available. I went with OCD (orange cookie dough) from brand I have never come across. FRESH BAKED. The name is on point because I'm baked for sure.

I asked to be impressed and was!!

Sad to say they didn’t have what I went there for but I left happy, so much that I made a u-turn and came back for more of the same once I opened it up. Being kinda bummed they didn’t have my favs in stock I asked to be impressed and what I was shown looked very good and had a high % but looks are looks and numbers are numbers but it was cool enough that I left happy I made the 25mile drive. 1 mile down the road I opened the container and was punched with a scent that I knew wasn’t everyday weed, instant u-turn. Once I returned they like that I was impressed and told me it was part of a special drop and that the same company will be having another in a few days of something different. The flower was GMO by Fresh Baked and my bud tenders were Jonas and August.
