I placed an order online. When I got there they didn't have the flower I ordered. So I got something else. I ordered a cherry kush x vape and they gave me a melon baller instead. I didn't notice till i got home. This is the second time they didn't have what I ordered.

I received all the wrong products. I ordered 4, received 3 and none of them were the strains I ordered. The ones I did receive taste like carpet cleaner.

They didn’t even have the product that I ordered online. I mean, it even said they had it on the menu online (which it should’ve been taken off) but they didnt even have it in the store, bad service.

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed
The budtender refused to honor the pricing from online for ALL the products I ordered. Stating it was incorrect even though it specifically said $75 shelf. She was adamant it was a mistake. But when I tried to choose another selection from the website she would turn down every option stating “I’m sorry I can’t honor the pricing the computer won’t even let me do it. Then began talking about how much they dislike Weedmaps. I’m extremely disappointed. I won’t be returning as I feel that was unprofessional. Zero stars for customer service

Rec variety is terrible, and had nothing I ordered
The med flower variety is vastly better and has more options than the rec flower which is priced 2-3x more. If they’re charging that much more have the better strains that are available in med available for recreation also, geez!

I ordered a few hours ahead of time, when I got there they hadn't even started the order and were sold out of 3 of the 5 things I ordered. They also ignored me after checking my ID and took 3 people ahead of me that came in behind me. I won't return.
