I placed an order online. When I got there they didn't have the flower I ordered. So I got something else. I ordered a cherry kush x vape and they gave me a melon baller instead. I didn't notice till i got home. This is the second time they didn't have what I ordered.

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed

The budtender refused to honor the pricing from online for ALL the products I ordered. Stating it was incorrect even though it specifically said $75 shelf. She was adamant it was a mistake. But when I tried to choose another selection from the website she would turn down every option stating “I’m sorry I can’t honor the pricing the computer won’t even let me do it. Then began talking about how much they dislike Weedmaps. I’m extremely disappointed. I won’t be returning as I feel that was unprofessional. Zero stars for customer service
