You guys lied to me multiple occasions at both your boulder and denver store. I explicitly asked you guys if the deal with Harmony would go due to the new owner not having the same relationship with the Harmony distributor as the last owner. You guys swore up and down that it wouldn't change. GUESS WHAT? You changed it to full price after running the same deals for 2 years. You just lost a customer permanently due to no integrity and bait and switching me for a good google review for a 20 dollar discount. I'm sure I'm not the only long time customer that feels lied to and betrayed as well

The Harmony 4g bucket promotion was a long-running vendor-supported deal. Changes like this are driven by product availability and supplier decisions, not by an attempt to alter pricing unexpectedly. Our team shares the information available to them at the time, but vendor programs and inventory can change without much notice. Never Processed My Order
I placed an order on Saturday (03/29) for pick up that never got passed the “preparing your order” stage until today when it was mysteriously marked as “picked up” even though I never received anything. It was going to be my first time trying this spot but I’ll keep to my usual place after this.
