Walking into this dispensary always feels like a dream because they have so many items for literally any type of consumption you choose. Whenever i’m looking for a specific product, I find that pretty much every the time The Cake House has it. Their rewards system is very good and their prices are tax-included! These guys have been here for around a year and they’ve easily made it into the top three dispensaries in this area. I recommend checking this place out as they’re truly great.

Cake House El Monte is usually very good about their pre orders. Being that I am a daily customer and spend $300 + a month there I expected better on my recent online order. One of the girls gave me a 12/26/25 package date on an ultra premium 8th. Over 8 months old flower. She didn't even mention it. I spend a lot of $ at this El Monte Cake House and I would expect better from them. Specially to an avid customer who specifically buys special premium flower.

My order was packaged and ready when I arrived. Cake House is really good with customer interaction and service. Granted, I do believe the bud tenders should be more knowledgeable of the products. Some of the young staff members have no clue about strain lineage. They should learn about the companies, and strains they offer. The reason they don't know is because they are so young they haven't smoked enough strains to know the difference. And that goes for both flower, concentrate, and vapes/cartridges. I am sure Cake House can sacrifice an 1/8oz or 1/4oz of random strains so the employees can take a little home and try it. They staff doesn't seem to have daily or avid smokers.
