We waited all night for the promotion free puffco for the first people at the door and drive threw someone was at the drive threw and left 30 minutes before opening so we went threw the drive threw to get the free puffco when they oped at 8 am but when they opened they said they had already gave it away 😑 How can u give something away if you don't open til 8am and the guys was rude tried shutting the windows doors before we could even ask about it and get the free advertisement . The guy was like that was our friend and his car was broken so we gave it to him before we opened. Will thats bad business and most definitely won't be going back there and I will sure let everyone on my socials now how u guys do business promotion to your people first before your loyal costumer

I love shopping here! The employees are so friendly and helpful. I love the convenience of the drive thru pick up window. They have some of the best flower I have smelled and seen. This place has only gotten better over the past couple of years. Most definitely my favorite store in Ontario.

I love this place

I love this place it's owned and operated pretty much like a mom and pop shop. they really try to make you feel welcome and they try to get to know their clients. I seen a negative review left on here have you noticed when you go in it's younger kids alot of time nobody wants to work. To the best of my knowledge there is always a manager in house. I have seen them work with the veterans, disabled on a daily basis w/o issues.

Only dispensary to ever short me

Made an online order for 2-2.5grams of concentrate 33$ a piece. Went to pick up order gentleman calls out the names of the 2 containers they were correct and put in bag and I went on my way. Get home and see that they are not 2.5 g containers they are only 1 g containers. I paid for 5gs and was given 2. Called and spoke to manager the acknowledged the issue on there end and was told to come back in and they will straighten it out no problem. Went back in and was told I have 26 dollars store credit. 😆ya that makes a lot of sense I explained there wrong doing to the employees and one goes and talks to managers again comes back and says the best they can do 1 - 2.5 gram container of what I originally purchased. So if your looking to go out of your way and make 2 trips to the dispensary and still get shorted half a gram this is the place for you 👌🏻 keep up the great work Budhouse management there’s a reason your parking lot is always empty.

horriblegave me wrong ounce would not exchange

I will never go back to this dump this is the worst experience i have had at a dispensary. Looked at 3 of the $50 ounces told him i did not like the 2 of them they smelt like horse hay and pickles...the one ounce i told him I want smelled dank(that's same one my friend got) i got a phone call in the midst. they said i need to go outside to be on my phone i said ok then i came back in to get the ounce i wanted i specifically told him id have to pull money out for that cause it looked way good and i was only getting it cause it was fire... so i did he hands it to me i walk out the door and immediately realize he gave me one of the crap ounces. I walked from side door straight to the front immediately i ran back in where i was the told the could not do anything for me since i went outside already Why would i want a nasty ounce? it had 4 grams of loose stems in it too by the way. the manager was in the back doing something with 2 guys that was way more important than helping

It's real sad when they don't know their own products and don't have any clue the difference between liquid diamonds or blended distillate. Know your products before you go in because these clowns don't know anything about their own products... I would give no stars because they didn't even have the courtesy to fix their mistake. The really sad part is that the packaging CLEARLY said it was 100% distillate....You guys need to train some better employees
