I’ve been to this storefront many times. The service is always great. My recommendation is to order in advance and just pick up. I’ve always found it to be quicker. This way. The orders are always accurate and the staff always friendly.

Way over priced. Not sure how they are the only dispensary within a 20 mile radius. They definitely charge based off of this. We need more options in yhe area so companies like this cant take advantage of the neighborhoods they are selling in. Its bad enough that they charge over 40% in taxes and no one can explaim to you how that is broken. Since everywhere else is %35 in this same County. I have spent thousands here and would have no loyalty to this place as they have proved that they have no loyalty to this community. Please somebody blackmail a city official like this place obviously has. Otherwise we would have more walk in choices here in the Laguna area. Quit pretending like you are here for anything more than to rip off the locals! I did the math the average dispensary in the surrounding area are almost 20% cheaper than Artist Tree. Do better or once competition presents itself. We as a community of consumers will remember how you took advantage of when we needed your services!

I don’t like being treated unfairly
I got cut in line for the online order only. The lady working the front said “there’s someone in front of you”. Which there wasn’t. She let a lady that walked out right before I came in cut back in line when her order wasn’t ready. There was no one behind me… why does she get to go ahead of me? It’s bologna, like that scene from the sopranos where Christopher says “oh so I can go out and f*** your wife, comeback on Saturday and skip to the front of the line?” It’s a respect thing and I felt disrespected and the treatment was unfair for how much money I’ve spent and tipped at this place. Do better.

This place is busy!
The parking lot was completely full. There were 10 customers waiting to check in and another 20 customers waiting for staff to take their order. Once order is placed you are sent to the counter where another 50 customers were waiting for their orders to be filled. Fortunately I ordered online. It was very orderly and efficient. Planet 13 in Vegas isn’t this busy.

Does not accept Weedmaps Coupons
Had an online order through Weedmaps and there was a 30% coupon to use for first purchase at The Artist Tree through Weedmaps. My order was $60.91 and my confirmation email also noted that same amount. Showed up at the dispensary to pick up my order, and they told me they do not accept Weedmaps coupons since they have their own promos. Obviously, I know they have promos, but Weedmaps offers discounts on top as an added bonus and they did not honor the price of which I purchased my items at. I brought exact cash, as my order told me to, and (surprise!) it was a total of 89 dollars. I did not have extra cash to pay for my new, increased total that I was not made aware of in any emails, phone calls (they have my number, I’m a customer), so I had to remove an item and that was embarrassing. Thanks for nothing, Artist Tree! You are misleading your customers and stuff like this is going to upset people.
