The Apothecarium is a licensed, full-service cannabis dispensary located in Las Vegas, Nevada only 10 minutes away from the strip. This place WAS the best in town for a while. I am a current medical patient, and the Apothecarium has the most friendly and knowledgeable staff in town, by a lot. However, management has shown their true colors of the past month. It is a shame that they have become no better than the big pharmacies we all shun and ran from, seeking marijuana as an alternative treatment to our chronic ales.
There is NO EXCUSE to not have any inventory, and blame it on the state and/or law makers. You, owner of the Apothecarium, are greedy, plain and simple. You have years of historical data, showing you EXACTLY what you need each week to supply your medical patients. To let money and recreational users cut into your supply for your loyal, long term medical patients is well, frankly disgusting.
You have made it very uncomfortable for medical patients to walk into your facility. I was hounded and told to exit and get in line, even though I was showing my medical card. Then, I find out you are COMPLETELY OUT of not only my medicine, but ALL FLOWER! Your inventory has still not returned, and your prices are forcing me to pay quadruple what i used to pay for the same medication, from you no less.
Lvmeduser, we first off want to apologize for your experience and want to make this right for you. We have remained patient first, creating a separate medical patient line, private medical consultations at your convenience, and have kept our medical dosed edibles on the menu. We're not sure who instructed you to wait outside, but we'd like to hear more from you so we can take corrective action. While we understand your frustrations, during the initial launch the state went through some regulatory issues that prevented us from receiving inventory for three weeks. We did our best to estimate the influx of recreational and adjust inventory pre-launch, however there was a significant increase in volume and without that ability to receive inventory, we went through some speedbumps. The state has since ironed out those issues, and we have healthily restocked our inventory. The state also imposed a 15% tax on wholesale for both medical and recreational which is why there have been incremental price increases. We have adjusted prices accordingly, and can assure you no price has quadrupled, or even doubled. since one of my regular dispensaries doesn't do edible Mondays anymore I tried out this place. I have to say I LOVE their edible selection and the prices are reasonable. check in was fast and easy. The staff was knowledgeable. I will be back for the edibles thank you!!
I'm almost certain they have zero clue how to run a line or have decent customer service. little to zero organization to their lines allowing people to be skipped and forgotten about. I wouldn't waste me time here at this place ever again. Go to the source it's right down the street and at least they can follow the order of a line.

We work tirelessly to provide the highest level of service to our patients and guests, and do everything in our power to ensure an exceptional experience. What you likely experienced were some medical patients entering the store and being moved to the medical line, and returning guests who didn't need to fill out first time paperwork being taken in quickly. Our admin staff is trained on keeping lines in order, and making sure each guest is taken care of in a timely fashion.
