I think I got scammed. 1. I bought a 2 vape cartridge from Texas original 2 days ago and I opened the second one to help me get some sleep because of my Medical condition, it is literally half way empty like someone has used it before, I bought one from GOODBLEND, and it was full to the top, I even sent pictures and video to them and they said that’s how they’re supposed to look like. The customer service was terrible and I hope whoever buys from them checks all products before walking out because they will scam you. I felt like I was scammed 2. The products are underweight, the syringe say .5 if you put it next to one from GOODBLEND, it’s no where close to .5 and I’ve had this happen 4 times so far. I’ve had a real .5 from a GOODBLEND, a medical dispensary also located in Plano and it looks nothing close to the size of the .5 from this location. 3. The prices are already INSANELY high compared to anywhere in the country, why can’t I get the exact amount I paid for?

First off, 1000 characters is NOWHERE NEAR enough to complain about this place so im shortening it as much as possible. Customer service prior to april 2026? Remarkable. Shop would confirm pick up by phone on the day of pickup. Post april 2026? My order said it was being prepared for a whole week. Contacting by email or phone is useless. Wait time less than 6 minutes? On hold for 20 minutes before leaving a number for a call back, but they never return calls or emails. Went to the shop, my order was there. I informed her im signed up for order alerts and I never received anything. The woman behind the counter looked at me with a cold stare saying "we dont and never did that" Ever since 2024, I've received a phone call and text message to confirm pickup. Ever since this new crew started working, customer service feels abysmal. Everything is overpriced. Pre-rec ban: 6g for $60 disposable. Post-rec ban, medicinal legalized, 0.5g for $45. 6g would be $540. I do NOT recommend any TXOG.
