Hiring and atmosphere
Awesome atmosphere and employees but you need to hire people who are long time cannabis users and cultivators who know what we’re talking about. Basically hiring only young people is discrimination! PpPassssin everyone ❤️💨💨💨

Being the first dispensary to open in my area, I have history with, and some measure of loyalty for, Swade. True, they did have supply issues with flower months ago, but those are resolved. I always get good flower and treated right at Swade. Their customer loyalty system was the first in the area, and I have been able to use the points!

Better Point system and flower
Swade has introduced a new point system, that is totally worth saving up points towards a free eighth or pres roles. As well flower and carts have been in more consistent.

Great staff and great product
As the previous review states there has been a flower shortage, that is due in part to SWADE being a vertical company of Sinse cannabis and harvests are starting to roll regularly. Always check online menus as they change frequently. SWADE prides themselves on quality of flower and has been focused on cultivating quality strains as opposed to just putting flower on the shelf. The team here is very educated and always available to help assist in all your medicine needs. My #1 stop!

Good discounts but never any flower or carts.
Love the environment, great discounts for vets and just over all store discounts are great. But you can rarely get any strains of flower and carts/pens. Was my go to store but started to venture out because I hated going multiple places. Bud tender guy is pretty smart and good at his job. Love they keep drinks in stock for the most part. I know they get products from Since and I love that but they either get the same product in or they just never have anything. I mean swade does have for the most part better prices than most.

No Flower
I do not understand why Swade cannot keep flower available? And if so, why they only offer the choice between one or two strains? I visit other dispensaries now, because they ALWAYS have product. Swade must have vendor issues.

Why is the flower always gone?
No flower here, but the Grove location seems to have it. I tried. really. I liked y'all. I liked the robhots. But I need more selection of flower because I like terps.
