Mislabeled THC % - check your order

I usually love swade and their culture collective brand quarters. They’re awesome, excellent price, typically high quality, new strains appearing often and generally HIGHLY recommended :) However, I have to warn you! Last week I placed an online order for Screaming Eagle @ 20-something-percent. When I got my order home, it says 12% THC! It feels dishonest and I bet they got one over on everyone who preordered that day. Called the dispensary — did nothing. Emailed the dispensary — no response. In the future I will screenshot what I’m ordering and check it at the counter.
