My favorate dispensery

I like the speed at which they work filling my order and having me headed back home in usually less than 10min. after arriving and ordering. No one else comes close to their effiency. Plus everyone is really nice and helpful.

Store Experience was Good!

Was visiting the area and wanted to add some different products to my inventory. Showed up around 2pm on a Sunday. Was provided service right away. Store is very nice looking and staff was friendly and eager to assist. Was very impressed with the experience. I have not tried my purchases yet (Coral Reefer "Surfin in a Hurricane" disposable, and 2 Florida's Finest carts: Arts OG and Black Jack). I hear the Floridas Finest "variable flow" carts are terrible and have read mixed reviews on the quality of the product in them; will come back and update this review (if I can) once I've tried them.

Calm and Healthy Vibe

I didn’t know what to expect. I was not expecting to find a “spa” like feel. I liked it, I felt immediately relaxed. I gave my name to the girl at the check in kiosk and had a seat in a comfortable chair for not long. I then was brought to I guess I would call their selection wall. Felt like picking out a new phone,kind of exciting, hopeful for the outcome that I was looking for which was a relief from my anxiety. I chose the calm high CBD low T which I now use and have stopped my prescription anti anxiety meds. I haven’t had a panic attack in almost a week. I can’t tell you the last time I had that even while on my traditional medication. They also had the Margaritaville Brand which I tried, wasn’t a fan of the flavor at first, but now kind of used to it. I hope to to take advantage to some of the other offerings they have in the future.

Very Disappointed Today

I've shopped here many times and today was the worst experience Ive had. I was at the counter to make my order and the lady told me my selections, then the person that was in line behind me said she wanted one of the selections that was offered to me. They gave it to her and said they were out of it. I told them I was in line first and I wanted that product. I was told they now out and they were sorry. Booo on you Surterra!!!
