After trying all the places in a 50 mile range , this is all around the best place. Im an oil guy and they have good prices and great products. This is my go to spot for pens.

Good flower weird layout

The whole flower is really good this sherbet tested at 16% but it looks amazing and is very potent. Honestly there flower is as good or better then other places that charge more. The stuff works great my neck is really relaxed and my head has been feeling relief. I am starting to wonder why the carts have less product in there thoe they definitely reduced the amount of clear in the pen cart significantly. That’s not worth 60 dollars to me. But your flower prices and medicine are always a smart choice. Surterra is here to stay I hope.❤️

Knowledgeable and Welcoming

This was my mom's first time in a dispensary so I wanted to join her to make sure she was in good hands. Kent took care of us and he blew me away with his knowledge of the product. He knew where it was sourced from, the terpene profiles, and provided us with feedback he received from other patients. He made my parents and myself feel at ease with the process and gave concise, easy to follow guidelines for getting the best experience. He offered great insight into how to find the best medicine for her and then how to keep our costs low after we know what works. I can't thank you enough for the help!!

The wait was crazy long (or the system was having a hiccup) but I'm happy I came here. The staff was very informative, the place was very clean, and it was very inviting. They had a very nice selection of medicine. The nice lady walked me through everything I needed to know about all their products. Like I said before I'm happy I came here but I think waiting more than an hour to be leaving is a little long but I will def be returning!!

Pleasant visit EVERY TIME

This store has tasty products and one of the coolest, more knowledgeable staff I’ve dealt with. They’re all pretty progressive and informative with anything you need. 5/5 Stars I would recommend.

Obtaining my MM Card was a little difficult to navigate and I didn't really come across many people who were helpful and simply nice . . . until I walked in to Surterra. They have a very professional atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable and the staff was (and is every visit) so helpful and kind. They explained everything to me - I walked out of there with so much knowledge and understanding of what I'm putting in my body. I've visited other dispensaries and don't ever experience this type of phenomenal service. I would recommend this store to anyone - newbie or veteran, the staff is what sets them apart in my opinion. A1!

Im excited about trying your products but your Website states you're OPEN but when i call says outside Normal business Hours? WHICH is it Im 30 mins away would not be Happy driving all the Way there And you're CLOSED?? 😞 guesse i won't find out Today( not taking chance)....

Products are a little up and down on price but a pretty good quality . Of all I’ve tried Surterra has the best tasting meds by far. Very fresh and natural tasting . The disposal vapes are my go to . The only bad thing is that they don’t last that long at all, therefore it’s hard for me to believe the products itself has no cutting agents . If your not picky on strands and need thc and cbd combined meds then this would be a nice pick. Haven’t tried all of there meds but definitely worthy for more of my business . P.s I did pick up a Mayaka gold on 4/20. It’s in a league of its on. Priced very good . Taste , smell, and all around quality 10.

Friendly and Accessible

Surterra wellness coordinators treat me well every time I come in. One of their workers also is proficient in ASL and can communicate with Deaf patrons. The store is also clean and staff are informative. Areas for improvement 1. Surterra disposable pens are wasteful and expensive and often faulty. I quit after buying 3 bad pens in 2 visits out of a total of 8 pens purchased. It’s better to just have your own vaporizer that you don’t create as much waste with since you can reuse it and replace a ceramic coil every few months. You will also spend less money on oil this way. 2. Privacy I’ve been accidentally given other patients receipts with private information like names and addresses or numbers from their credit card. 3. Pricing Prices are still very high compared to other states’ medical programs and private vendors.

I wish they had a better selection. the staff is cool though. they always try to help but I think I know more about cannabis than them.

the vape pens are low-quality and often don't work although the company will try to tell you that it's not a problem, "it only happens 3 out of a hundred" and give you $10 off your next purchase. total inconvenience for the customer, not to mention that it leaves you without your prescription at any moment and unable to refill it unless you go to their store - if they're open. I suppose one could wait days for delivery too and pay another delivery charge. NOT worth the HASSLE!!! there are other dispensaries out there with quality products and service. sorry Surterra, if you want me and other customers to come back, step it up.

Prerolls are garbage

Don’t waste your money. The half gram prerolls don’t even get you high and there is always a ton of staff that’s just walking around lallygagging not even Acknowledge you and they will only have one register going.

BUT 60 dollars for a half gram? Are these dispensaries crazy? In CA you can get grams for 40.00. Plus you got to pay for The license and doctor. It ain’t worth it until there is more competition to drive these money hungry lunatics prices down.
