I have visited this storefront twice and both times have been treated very professionally. The employees are all very knowledgeable and listen to what your concerns are and treat them accordingly. Products are good and prices are reasonable.
I love most of their products, Florida's Finest GDP, Arts OG and all Calm products but their equipment is the worse in the Florida MMJ industry. I wanted to recommend people but would not want them to deal with clogged,malfunctioning and crystalizing vape equipment. That being said the staff in the West Palm Beach location are friendly, professional and courteous.
Terrible product. The wax has moisture and crackles when you smoke it. It shoots everywhere and is really difficult to smoke. Barely even gets you slightly high. Customer service is a joke, they don’t offer exchanges on poor quality product. Told me to leave it out to dry without the lid overnight 😂
Suterra started out great. There service is getting worse by the day. I placed an order for delivery yesterday by phone and was told I would receive notification between 8-10am the day of delivery with my widow time of delivery. Well it's now 10:56am and no notification of my delivery window yet... when I called Suterra they mentioned that their system changed and I would receive a text when the delivery driver was 15 minutes away from being at my location. A 15 minute window of when they will be arriving with my delivery does not work for myself and pretty much the NORMAL population would be my guess. I could name several scenarios to why the 15 minute window wouldn't be acceptable but would rather not waste my BREATH here for Suterra. I have located several companies to switch to and never look back at Suterra!!!!!!
